I've been putting together the rest of my chrome parts of my 32' Olds to send them to the plater and discovered (to my dismay) that I have the wrong headlights. While they looked similar to what should be on my Olds, they are definitely wrong. They are Tiltray convex lenses, and the reflector has both the main bulb and a parking light bulb. They are in decent shape and figure I will sell them but not sure what year(s) they might be for. Possibly they are 33' Chevy because a 32' had cowl light. I will get some pictures and post them tomorrow.

On the same note: I was able to find a NOS set of International 32' truck headlights which are identical to my 32' Olds just with painted buckets and chromed rims. All I have to do is send the buckets to be plated and I'll be all set. I was lucky to find them.

The 1932-1933 Chevrolet headlight lenses were TWILITE. aLSO FIT 1934-35 STANDARS AND TRUCKS UP THROUGH 1936. They measured 8 3/4" in diameter.
The 1934 Masters and up used a TILTRAY and were 8 iches.

Not all '32s had cowl lights. There are plenty out there with main bulb/parking bulb in the bucket.

The 32 headlamp has a support mounting bracket on the outside of the shell with four rivets. The 33 headlamp has the reinforcing bracket inside the shell and has six rivets.

The only part my 1948 Olds parts book list for the THE 1932 head light is the reflector. No other parts listed for 1932 but all parts are listed for 1931 and 1933 and up so the 1932 is a loaner.
