Is there a way of getting a factory drawing of the dash for the 57 Chevy, what I am looking for is the profile of the dash?

I am sure that engineering drawings were made but I would seriously doubt that any except those in the assembly manual still exist. You can either buy a copy of the assembly manual or find a '57 Chevy nearby to take measurements yourself.
