I believe we have the 1924 Chevy Superior in real good running shape. Now learning how to drive that cone clutch is going to be quite a challenge. Grew up on automatics and spend most of my antique running about in a Model T.

Any comments on how to learn quicker and easier on the gears would be greatly appreciated.

Bruce

Thanks,

Bruce

Shift at low speeds and engine rpms. Double clutch or hesitate in neutral then shift or both. If you rev the engine or wait until the engine winds up to what you might think is a reasonable speed it probably is not.

How Sweet the roar of a Chevy four!
