Changed out the oil in the rear end and transmission. On transmission I filled till oil came out of pictured hole. Is that correct fill?

That is the fill plug and oil should be within about 1/2" of dribbling out of that hole. The rear end has a similar plug about half way up for the same purpose.

Do not overfill the trans or it will leak out the input shaft when parked on a hill...if you can touch the oil with your finger through the fill plug, you're good!
