Size it down. It's not difficult. I use a simple freeware program Irfanview to resize. I've been told the default photo viewer/editor in Windows will do it as well. If you're using the camera in your phone you can set it to take smaller images.

If you email the picture to yourself it will send it in a reduced file size (not physical size).... then save it and then upload the newly saved image.

To resize photos, I use the Paint program that comes with Windows.
