Did the 32 have the tube that the extra oil from the head went down to the pan?

Yes, I believe it should.
In fact, the same parts were used in 1929, '30, '31 and 1932.

I eleminated the tube on mty 1934 and never made a diference. As long as the side cover gasket is in good condition it is not necessary,
