Could anyone direct me to the duck bill type of hood hold downs for a 32 chevy pickup. Thanks

The '32 pickup does not use the same hood hold downs as the passenger and Sedan Delivery. It uses the same hood and hold down types as the 1931 cars and trucks. Cars a limited number of Deluxe 1/2 ton trucks were chrome plated others were black.

Chipper you are correct. Iam glad no one offered the duck bill type to me. I was going by the parts in the picture. I now have the pickup and the hold downs on the hood are for the candy cain style. So I guess I will be looking for 4 of this in black. Thanks again

The Filling Station (advertises on this site) has reproductions in black as well as chrome. They also have plenty of other parts that will fit your truck. I currently own 3 1932 pickups if you count all the parts in the piles.

This I think looks good. Of course need some stuff. the engine no. is 836573 on the block. the tag by door is 2BB0456310. Can you tell me what I dont have. Good strait pickup needs paint but, no rust out spots running gear is all done. Thanks, I will make a list and post parts I need.
