54 CAR,WHEN I TURN THE STEERING WHEEL THE HORNS BLOW,10 YEARS NO PROBLEM. I HAVE NOT TAKEN IT APART YET ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS WHAT THE PROBLEM COULD BE? THANKS IN ADVANCE,FRANK

Take a look at this information from Old Car Manual Project. It shows a 1954 horn ring assembly BUT also look at the 1949-52 posting. Maybe one of the plastic washers is not there anymore and it's metal touching metal??
