33 master with 6v system. Has not ran in 10 yrs but was running when parked. Turns over fine, has juice to and from coil but no spark at plug. Suggestions on where to start? Thanks

Make sure the points are working as they should.

Fairly easy to check the ignition system. Take center wire off distributor cap and hold 1/2 inch from a ground and open and close the points. If you don't get a spark to the ground then short across the points with a metal object (screwdriver, coin, pliers handle, etc) if you now get spark clean the points. If neither produces a spark check to be sure the condenser outer case is grounded. If so replace the condenser. If that doesn't produce a "snappy" spark replace the coil. Once you get a good spark that actually make a "snap" then only the distributor cap, rotor and spark plug wires might be the problem.

Use insulated pliers, gloves or other non-conductor to hold the wire. We don't suggest having the spouse hold the wire next to the ground unless you have a rock solid relationship. Even then it might crumble?

Points and condenser are the problem well over 75% of the time based on my experience. Glad you have it purring like a kitten.
