I have a Superior K 4 door. The VIN# is 2V69686. It has 6 lug steel wheels. There is a bar connecting the headlights. The radiator exits in the passenger side. I was told it as a 1926 when I bought it. Some told me it was a 1925. What year is it?

Hi paulc,
If you post some photos, that would help identify it.
One thing you can check is the casting date on the engine. It is located near the distributor and consists of three elements; a single letter, a number (1-31), and a single number.
The letter designates the month that the block was cast in. A=Jan, B=Feb, etc. The middle number is the day of the month. The last single number is the year. 5=1925, 6=1926, 7=1927, 8=1928
Cheers, Dean

With the V in the vehicle number most would call it a 1926. The "K" are the '25s.
How Sweet the roar of a Chevy four!
