...or if it is even off any model of GM vehicle? That part number does not appear to be GM.

just a guess.....a door hinge cover. Hole appears to be for a check link? Model, who knows.

I have no clue as to where I got this gem or what it fits. It will be going into my scrap metal bucket for safe keeping. Thanks for all the comments.
