I have recently purchased a 1933 Chevy Truck and am trying to learn more about the model and details about the truck. I downloaded a document that I thought would shed some light on the subject but the numbers didn't seem to agree so I am wondering what I am missing? If anyone has information about 1933 and might be able to help I would really appreciate the discussion. Thanks in advance!

Post the numbers stamped on all plates attached to the car and numbers cast in the engine block and there are some of us can decipher the code that determines the model and size.

LQ is for a 1929 truck, which is agreement with the "International" identification you posted on your other thread.

So, the identification plate is from 1929.
Pictures of the truck would help confirm that the right plate is on your truck.

Hope this helps.

PS
LQ is 1-1/2 ton.

Maybe this will be easier.
I am attaching a picture of a 1929 Chevrolet LQ that I found on a Hemmings website.
Does this look like what you have?

Sure does! Wheels, the fenders, cab, etc. look just like it!
