I finally repainted our 47 business coupe and installed the truck option into the trunk. I stripped it last fall to the bare metal, paint was very bad from sitting in a barn in Neb for years. Painted it original color via the data plate. Bought the truck option 2 years ago just never installed it. Finally all together, probably will make it's first cruise night Monday night (6/13/22).

looks good. I didnt realize that option was available that late, I thought it was only available for 36 to 39 models.

It was available for 1936-1942 models.
