I have five holes in the top of the outside cover of my spare tire cover that I don't know what goes in there. Is there suppose to be a third latch?

Is this a 37-38 Cover or a 35-36 Master? If it's a 35-36 Master those holes are for a Lock assy. I'm not familiar with locks for 37-38"s.

Jon T It's for my 38 Cabriolet. I do have a 35-36 cover and know that they are different. From what I have been told already is that those holes aren't supposed to be there.
