Greetings, VCCA members! This is my first post so I hope I am posting in the appropriate location! I am working on getting a barn find 1939 Chevrolet JC pickup up and running and the truck came with some spare parts in the bed. Two of the parts appear to be matching dash panels. One of them has a Chevrolet Deluxe badge on it. I was hoping someone might be able to help identify the year and model these dash panels are from. Pictures are attached.

Thanks for your assistance!

Mike

At least one of them looks like the overhead panel above the windshield. The two "windows" are where the windshield wiper motor goes.....like my 37. They mostly came with one wiper and a delete plate covering the other side.
Someone will be along soon with more answers!!!

The Chevrolet Delux emblem is from a mid'30s Chevrolet heater.

Thanks Achipmunk and Chev Nut! I can't believe I didn't figure that out! I have been looking at options available online for the overhead panel, not realizing I had an original! I believe they are both the same but someone may have cut the large oval in one of them at some point to mount a speaker. I kind of like the heater emblem and may keep that on the delete plate when I install the panel in the truck.

What a great first posting experience this has been. Thanks again!

Another question for the group. Any idea how the overhead panel attaches to the cab? Screws or bolts? Any idea what size? Thanks for your help!
