I don't believe Chevy made a crew cab pickup until 73.

The ‘60’s Chevy crew cab pickups you see were made to order by outside coach builders.

Every now and then you will see a short bed pickup conversion based on a Suburban. Those are pretty rare..

Used to see a lot of 4 door pick ups on the flight line in the mid 60's. They were all military.
