How do I remove the knob from my heater switch??? On my 35 pickup. It looks original and the switch has a knurled nut on the dash outer side (which is loose) but the knob needs to be removed somehow first. Any thoughts?

Absent a picture of the actual switch, most switch knobs of that era were a friction fit and simply pull off.

Thanks. I'll take a shot at pulling/prying it off. Seems on pretty tight as it won't come off by hand.
