Should a low pressure 1952 235 engine have a no-pressure radiator cap or a 4 lb. radiator cap--or something else?

Thanks!

The 1952 Chevrolet Specifications show that the pressure cap is 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 psi.

It shows the same for both the 216 and the 235.
