Here is a site with some accessory codes, but unfortunately, it doesn't have the one you are looking for.

1950-1963 Accessory Codes:

1963-1967 Accessory Codes:

Good Luck,

Killerkjn,

I just read that ACC 1B equates to build dates.

1=build date: January
B=week built: second week of January

Hope this helps. chevy

Jim,
The build dates are located on the top line of the cowl tag, not stamped in the acc part. You are correct that 1B is the second week of January for production, but all of the production stamps begin with "0" and as I said would be on the top line. So it would be "01B" if that were the case. As far as the codes go they vary from plant to plant, and the documentation is pretty scarse and scattered as far as the codes for these years. What plant was the car made in? That would be a help. Is there a padded dash?

the car was built in ST. Louis and no padded dash build date was 3rd week of Nov.
