There are two spring rates listed for a 1941 not counting the third rate for heavy duty springs.
One is 1310 p0unds with wire diameter of .576-.580."
Other is 1375 pounds with wire of .585-.590"
The 1949-1954 springs (several choices) will fit a 1941 but are generally higher due to having more weight on the front wheels due to the engines being farther forward.

The weight listed is what would cause the spring to deflect one inch - spring not installed in vehical.
