I have a 1927 Chevy Cpe I have to sell.It came with a new wood kit made by a local restorer in SoCal.The wood is partially installed.I need drawings of where all the wood pieces go, so I can install the rest before selling to make it easier for the next owner.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Pix are available if needed..

There are no drawings available for installing a wood kit. The one reference that might help is the 1926-31 Fisher Body Manual that is available in reprint from the Filling Station in Lebanon, Oregon.

By the way, for better coverage you might want to post in the 1912-1928 forum as well.

Does the local restorer who made the wood kit have a diagram where the pieces go after all he made the wood parts?

Go back to the Form List page on Chevy Chatter and then scroll down to the 1912-1928 forum.

Hi Jack1956. If you want to have a look I have a Facebook page with pictures of a 1929 Chev sedan and a 1928 Durant that may help somewhat. Also if you can get a copy of the "Master Parts Price List" for four cylinder models that was printed 1930 it has some drawings of coupe wood structure and a list of parts of course.
