While it took a long time after my check was processed (Feb-MAY) I did receive all that I ordered and more. Because he forget to mention that the followers were shorter he sent new push rods at no charge. He also sent a used connecting rod so I have no concern about his desire to help.My biggest complaint is that I was not told how long it would take to finalize the order and whenever I checked I would get an evasive answer. Patrick is a wealth of knowledge and is probably 83-84 years old so things are probably slowing down for him. Others working with him do not have his knowledge. Steve D
