REFRESH MY MEMORY the trunk lid for a coupe is it the same lid used on a convertible and bel air i just cant remember if it is the same for both

do all 2 door cars have the same measurements at door openings have person wanting to buy 2 doors off of a coupe he only wants the to use the outer skin from the door spear on down so the question is will the skins work on his convertible doors thanks
