Does anyone have the instructions (or know how) to mount an accessory emergency brake handle release lever. I would like to mount one on my 32 and have only seen one before and that was on a 36. That car is now in Washington state I believe. I do have the lever but no instructions.

Just so others will know and not get mislead, the emergency brake extension handle was not an accessory for 1932. The emergency brake extension handle was a later accessory, however it could be retrofitted on a 1932 emergency brake handle.

Tried every which way I could think of today with no success. It appears the top of the brake lever may need to be altered. Good to know it can be retrofitted as the knob matches my shift knob which is not the standard black but a yellow/orange swirl.

I found some good info and photos at "freepatentsonline.com". The 29-36 hand brake lever assemblies are listed as being the same in my parts manual so the brake lever extension I have may be for a different make.
