We're getting ready to redo the interior in my wife's grandfather's 1930 4 door Master Deluxe. We'd like to do the trim around the windows , the faux woodgrain, and such before we do the upholstery. My wife is talented with painting so she is likely capable. First, was all the trim around the windows done or just around the doors (I'm thinking the front windshield, rear glass and rear quarter glasses were not but am not sure). Are there any websites or Youtube stuff that show how to do this? Anybody know the colors used? And what colors where the dashes? Our's appears to be a reddish taupe but am not sure what the true color is. It would be good to go back as close to original as possible.
Thanks in advance for any information and advice.
