Hi all forgot to also mention that I'm in need of the plastics ac vent housing that goes on the dash. I know a few years ago they reproduced them but can't seem to find them anymore so if anyone has an extra or know who sells them please let me know. Thanks again.

No one is reproducing them any more. Originals are usually dried and very brittle. IF you find one, you have a 90% chance it will crack when you install it. Very difficult part to find in good shape. Good luck. Keep watching ebay for a complete AC instrument cluster.

If you have all the pieces, you may be able to repair it using
J B Cold Weld. It is a two part epoxy and when mixed properly
and applied to an oil free clean surface it sets rapidly
( I use the 'quick' version) and it is sandable and paintable
and can be re-installed in just a couple of hours! It is
available at Home Depot, Lowes and most hardware stores. Costs
about 6 Dollars for the two tubes! Very durable, and easy to
work with! I have used it on a lot of things that otherwise
would have been scrapped!

Thank you all for your input. I'll see what I can do with the one I have now.
