Hi,

The door jamb dome light switches in my 67 Nova keep corroding and fail to turn on the dome light when I open the door. These door jamb switches are mostly inside the door jamb except for the plunger but exposed to the elements as they are on the outside of the door weatherstripping. Any suggestions on how to prep a new set of switches so the they last more than a year?

Thanks
Mike

Well I installed the new switches covered with that gooey sticky dielectric grease and I can't see how these are going to rust! Great idea Gene!
