Hi guys, just received a 1949 Fleetline from a friend of mine who talked me into it. I have no room for this car as I race Porsche's with the Porsche Club and my driveway and garage are filled to capacity. She runs good, good body, needs floorboards, interior work. What do you think I should do with her? Sell her for a hot rod restoration, offer her as a restoration to original? All the parts are there, my buddy had the radio restored, new wide white walls, some engine work done, she drives ok but I have no interest in keeping her. Current registration and classic plates. What do you think the value is, he stored her outside for years? The one highlight is she was in the movie Grease!

Why did your friend want to get rid of a classic Chevy and you took it when having no interest???We have alot of friends in Texas and it would be appreciated if you sold or gave it to someone who truely cares about classic old cars.Anyone can chop it up but it takes alot of time, research and$$$$to bring it back to the condition that it came from the factory...chef- chevy
