So I came across what I believe is either a Late 1918 or 1919 490 frame. as the springs are date coded October of 1918. also curious to some of the other parts I picked up as well. I know the one frame is a model A with 32-34 wheels on it, thank you in advanced. Hi leleva, Welcome to chevy chatter. It sound like you have a 1919 production year frame.
Might be just me , but I cannot open the pictures which you have attached.

1919 or earlier . Looks like it was used as a farm trolley or cart. Torque tube and differential gears seem to be missing also.

I have a torque tube for some thing, and 3 of the 4 wheels ( can still get the 4th wheel, but the fello's are long gone) Personally I have to many projects, and didn't want to see the frame get scraped. After all it had survived the sellers father from scraping it during the world war 2. what do you guys think woudl be a reasonable price for this frame?

I'm no expert here, but have two 28s (Coupe and Coach). Based on the holes on the side of the cowl where the trim/welt goes it does NOT look like any of my Chevys. Also don't see the holes for the Vacuum Tank in the front. I'm sure others know more about it than I do however.

Dodge Brothers originally worked for Ford, got ticked out and started their own company, I would check to see if they match a Ford. A friend of mine owns one of the Dodge Brother cars, if need be and it helps I can take some photos for you.
