i have 2 Chevrolet governors and need some help to figure out the year so I can post for sale properly.

one looks quite like the 1935 accessory, and is marked 601657, but I can't find that PN number in the parts books.

The other is a Monarch high speed and has 17 158 stamped in the bottom of the base flange.

Both have the large bowtie logo in brass.

Thanks for the help!

Wes

Wes,
I have a later style Chevrolet governor from about 1940. I have thought about disarming it and putting it on my '36 truck for looks and as a conversation item.
