Well i got my valve in and installed it it shifts alot better,, a little long beofre it shifts but i dont know what stock ,, and i feel alot btter about the valves now ,, not bad at all,, i can live with them , hey even the passing gear works lol , ohh 1 thing is there anything i need to do air cleaner?.. i took it off and there is oil in there ,,,,lol looks clean and even the hog hair looks good too

only thing now i see a little smoke , that i didnt see before ,, i hope i didnt do something when changing the oil and using different oils ,,,, or could i have them not adjusted right ???

I would assume the smoke is from the transmission fluid sucked out of the transmission and into the intake manifold and is now being burned.
The oils will not have done it unless the oil rings are pluged with carbon or worn out.

Ok thanks,,so the best thing is to drive it,,, cant wait til the temp get below 100 here ,i miss driving this car ,lol,,,,1 other thing could i adhust the passing gear to get it shift sooner ? It shift smooth but too long ,, i am getting a diesel sound right before it changes
