Getting ready to put the windows back in my 29 Landau. Can't remember whether the upper portion of the windows should have the metal channel retainer installed or whether that was just the lower part of the window. I know the channel retainer's belong on the bottom and there is a break at the point where the window seal is nailed horizontally at the bottom of the window but I can't remember the channel retainer being on the top. Also is the window channel material in the channel retainer on the bottom the same as the material on the upper portion of the window. Is the window channel on the upper portion of the window fastened by nail or is there an alternative? Thanks for your assistance.
