According to the engine block casting number, your engine is a 1952 235.

3835692 is the casting number for a 1952 235 engine. Not sure if it is for a car or truck.
I don't know what the JCF is - it dosen't translate into anything.
If it is 1952 235 engine it will have the bosses on each side that the side motor mount brackets bolt onto.
If it is a 235 truck engine it will have a bronze pilot bearing in the back of the crankshaft. If it is a PG engine it will have no pilot bearing.
The truck engine could be used but it has solid lifters and they sound crappy with a PG trans......and can not be converted to hydraulic lifters.
Your 1952 head will fit any 1950-1952 235 engine.

My code book tells me that the "JCF" prefix indicates a 1951 is a "special" 235 originally installed in a 3/4 ton or 1 Ton Forward Control cab, Model # 3742 or 3942.

And that a 1952 version would start with prefix "K" (or "AK").
