Can anyone tell me the approximate oil capacity of the 3 speed '32 transmission. Also the diff. capacity. Regards, John

Transmision capacity is 2 1/2 pints, differential is 2 quarts from dry.

NO , the free wheeling unit also needs an additional 3/4 pint.

SAE 140 is okay. You can add a little chassis grease if you find you have a leakage problem. SAE 160 (or old designation 600) is what was originally installed.

Thanks Chipper, Penrite has 3 grades designed for these old cars, 90, 140 and 250, I could use a bit of 250 to fatten it up if necessary? Their tech dept. recommends the 140. Regards, John
