This 38 Master Deluxe without the deluxe steering wheel. It is a beauty. This is located in a foriegn country. Look at the writing on the GM showroon walls. I see a new 39 chevy on the same showroom floor. What is that near the top door hinge? (radio antenna) The 39 also has one on the other side at the same location. My radio antenna is located on the same side as this new 38. I always thought it was located incorrectly.But.. it may not be an antenna. after looking closer,it has one on BOTH sides. Any ideas? Could it be turning signals that are require overseas? Also, Look at the direction the inside door handle is pointing.

Your suspicion is correct. Many overseas countries required turn signals. Early ones were arrows that had a rope to pull them from pointing down to pointing toward the intended turn. Later they were lights.
How Sweet the roar of a Chevy four!
