I bought a bunch of unlabeled parts and I need your help in identifying them. This bumper guard is 15 inches tall and about 3 inches wide at the widest point. The bolts are 6 inches apart. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

That is an aftermarket, generic style front bumper center guard used to protect the grill.

Is that hinged? Is that one of those fold down guard/steps?

Tiny, it is not hinged. It has a bracket that fits on the back of the bumper.
