I use a 3M windshield sealer. Comes in a tube and is black. If you can't find it I can check to see if I still have some in the shop tomorrow. With 3M stuff having the exact name and product number helps when looking for the right stuff.

If you are installing a rear window with new rubber, the black 3M Weatherstrip Adhesive 8008 is fantastic stuff.
