34-567 is a 5 window coupe
166 paint is black
I don't have the interior codes
You're missing a line below 34-567 that tells the plant code and run number.
The body serial number plate is mounted on the passenger side sill near the hinge pillar.

The number by the fuel pump is the SS number of the engine. Most cars of this age are license with this number. As Joe said there are other numbers which you didn't list, like the casting number of the engine and date. These will be near the Fuel pump as well.

If you look in the Member's project area you will see my 34 town sedan. Let me know if you need any help with your car.

Recheck the engine number by the fuel pump. The 1934 engine numbers ranged from 3964078 to 4708994. I think you have an extra number in the line-up.
By some chance is the first number really a letter?

Trim # 166 is the common brown mohair interior - that 99 and 9/10 percent had.

PumpJockey,
Is that your '34 Town Sedan that's red with black fenders?

There is a calendar pic of one that color on EBay Motors
just the last week or so. You might want to see if you can
find it.

N 4770 is the 4770 5 window coupe built at Norwood Ohio. 5 Window coupes were only built in the Master series. When & if you find the serial number plate it will start out with 9DA.

If the engine has a motor mount bracket bolted to a boss on the left side kinds behind the dip stick and the fuel pump mounting bolts are straight across its a 1934 Master engine. Also the cylinder barrels are exposed on the left side.

Johnny, 32confederate owns the 1934 Town Sedan in the picture here under VCCA Member's Photos. Bill Rice in Neenah, Wisconsin owns the one you saw in the picture on ebay. Bill's car was the feature car for the month of August in the Old Cars magazine's 2006 calendar. Beautiful, aren't they! Do you have a 1934 Town Sedan?

Now that we know the date, we know that the block was cast on March 27, of 1934 or 1944? I don't remember what the right casting number is for the 34 block.

Now if you really want to know what you've got. Take the valve cover off and find the casting number and date for the head.

So far it looks like you have a 34 engine.
