Are there any parts from my 1950 216 starter that i can use on my 1947 starter?

The internal parts are the same EXCEPT for the field coils. They show a different part number unless the 1950 starter was from a truck. If the starter was from a truck its a "bolt on".....The 1950 car outter housing is different.

I know the outside housing is differant but mainly wondering if the armature was the same.The 47 starter needs a good cleaning and has been sitting (as has the car)since 1968 so i thought about parts interchanging if need be.
