     Today is William C. Durant's Birthday. Yessirree, he was born December 8, 1861. The Founder of General Motors (1908), then separately Chevrolet Motor Company (1911), and a great American in many ways. A true Giant in the early automobile industry. Whoever does our Calendar, this should be on it.
