I got an answer from the company that we get our software from. With a little bit of tweaking, I have increased the search window to include ALL postings up to FOUR YEARS OLD!!

Let's see how that works for a while. Hopefully it won't cause an noticable delays. Hopefully that will help people who are looking for older postings. Good Luck!!
