Just wondering - I notice the numero uno suggestion to questions of which vendor to use is The Flling Station, but I never see anyone mentioning Chevysofthe40's - any particular reason? I've dealt with them a lot in years past, but not in the last couple of years. Has their reputation gone downhill?

BOWTIE BOB, Chevs of the fourties has a good reputation. Alot of guys In my area use them all the time. They do not have alot of the real early parts for the twenties and thirties. :) :) chevy chevy chevy chevy :) :)

Donald is correct......Chevs of the 40's is an excellent place to buy parts for your old Chevy. However, if you are looking for parts for the late 1920's and the early 1930's Chevrolets the Filling Station has a better supply of those items. laugh laugh laugh laugh

Thanks for that info, I had never heard of her. Is she all years or only certain years?

Maybe we should put her and other good vendors on a "good vendor" list somewhere, with contact names, addresses, phone #, email addresses.? laugh
