Can someone post a photo of a 36 Air cleaner. I am going thought my fathers spare parts and found a nice one marked
"36 Car". I want to make sure what year it is for before I offer it for sale.

It might be easier for you to show what you are trying to ID. If it isn't a '36 somebody might know the year or make. Plus it's cold outside tonight.

Mine looks a little different then yours. I hope I have correctly attached photo's.

The first post of a 1936 dry air cleaner is correct,
The second post of a beat up air cleaner rmissing the mesh non-replaeble filterng element would look correct if it was all there.

Here are two more photo's. They are all of the same air cleaner.

Beach Vette, your air filter is the same as mine on my 36 standard. The mesh is set back inside the screen on this version. Hendo
