Hi all, Could someone identify this horn is it 6v or 12v, it is working but sounds terrible, is their any adjustment. Also there is a black resistor (I think thats what it is , is there a replacement for this as the one in there is no good.)Hopefully photos work.:)

Looks like a 1937 to 1939 6 volt Chev horn.

After they sit awhile they can use an adjustment...Remove the cover ( if it doesn't have a screw and lock nut on the outside )
And you'll see it...Should say if it's 6 or 12 v...Hook up a power supply and turn the screw till it sounds good...Earplugs recommended...
