Hello to all, I thought I would ask you guys here before I installed this the wrong way. I bought a 6 Volt battery disconnect switch at a swap meet last fall, to put in my 37 MD. This one is about 3" in dia. with the two contacts on one side and the switch on the other. Some how I've misplaced the installation instructions. So do I connect it on the neg. side or the pos. side? I want to mount the switch itself on the fire wall next to the heater. Any help will be appreciated.

Should I keep the NEG. Batt. cable to the disconnect switch and back to the bell housing the same size as the Pos. Batt. cable,{00} ?? or does it make any difference on size of the NEG. cable? Thanks for any Info on this.

I prefer to keep both cables the same as they are carrying the same current (what goes out must come back).

tonyw is correct keep both the PLUS and NEG cables the same (00) or larger and the Battery Cut Out switch in the NEG wire
