Try some of the advertisers in the VCCA magazine. Also NAPA may be able to help as I get a lot of parts from them for my 52. Bent push rods are not a good sign, the valves may be sticking as a result of gum an dother build up on the stems. My 52 had two replaced just before I bought it and I found two more bent rods later. I bought replacements from NAPA but the cure was to have the head rebuilt as there were some bad valves in there. chevy

BJ, new pushrods can be purchased from Egge Parts House, along with most other parts you seek. Not a plug just info. Others sources are also avail that one just comes to mind. Sticking valves will definitely cause bent push rods. As Johnny says pull the pan and have a look see at he guts. Inspect the pan bottom for metal debris, and broken parts. www.egge.com chevy chevy
