on my 1929, when i started to Disassemble i noticed that there was a piece of Armor Cable on the wires coming off the main harness to the Generator and Temp Sensor.

Is this correct ? or what was used on these wires, if anything.

You can see the armor cable under the generator and end of it where red & black wire come out to generator and temp sensor.

Bear, my 29 had the same armor cover, about 15 1/2 inches long. I will try to find a close match or rework the original. The wiring harness from TFS does not include the armor wrap. Also I was disappointed that the armor wrap on the headlight wires is not nearly as nice as the original.

Yes that is correct, and you will notice there is a little thimble type bushing in each end to keep the sharp edges of the flexible conduit from cutting the insulation on the wires.
