Hello to all! Could someone please list and/or provide pictures of all of the tools provided with the 1931 Chevrolet. Additionally, were they all painted gloss black? Also, what kind of a "bag" did they come with (individual sections for each tool, what it was made of, color, etc.???). Thanks so much in advance for any information you can provide.

Check the front of the G&D for Tools Tech Advisor. He stops here occasionally. From what I've learned the Tool bag was not around till 1949.
Member 45+ years, been around since the beginning !

Better check with the TA. What he tells you may not be the final answer as we are finding more about tools. Now know there are at least four different oil cans. All look the same but have small differences. Same with screwdrivers, there are several that are likely correct. Then there is the wire wheel lug nut wrench. Don't know that we really understand that one yet.

Thanks, Chipper! That's why I thought I would also pose the question here. I have learned that there are a variety of possible answers to this one, and wanted to get as many opinions as possible. I think you have this advise but call The Tool Man. He is in G&D.
I purchased some tools from him for my 41, Great guy, great price's and he is full of knowledge.

It is the substitute 1912-36 tool man. He is up on most all models even thought he only claims to be the later model tool guy in the G&D.
