Search has been expanded so that you can now search ALL messages in a single request. Just select that option when it asks you what forum to search.
Note that selecting this takes a long time... My very first one took over 4 minutes!!
When searching either one forum, or all forums, you can use the following modifiers:

Separate words with spaces, not commas.
Use 'and' or '+' to make a word mandatory.
Use 'not' or '-' to ignore messages with that word.
Use 'or' to make a word optional.
