There is a guy in New Stanton, PA (near Pittsburgh) who does some excellent media blasting. He does walnut, sand, glass, baking soda, etc. blasting and will even epoxy primer your stuff if you want. He will also paint the underside of your car body or whatever black. He does not require you to remove all the trim and glass, and you can leave the car as complete as you want (but the more you take apart, the neater the job). He gave us an estimate of about $300 to blast, prime, and paint the underside of our '58 Cadillac body (not a small car). Now that is what I call a deal. He will do most anything. He gave us a rough estimate of about $200 to do a '58 Caddy fender, rad shroud for that car, and brake backing plates for my '39. Not only was the quality excellent, but the final price was only about $140! The name of his business is Rocky Mountain Garage and he is a super nice guy.
